Jordan Mendoza is a sales and leadership trainer, public speaker, personal branding strategist, consultant, and podcast host. Jordan has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing and 14 years of experience in the Multi-Family Housing industry. He was able to build people up through the six-month Leadership Program that helps them discover their Myers-Briggs four-letter type and take them from self-awareness to coming up with their personal leadership philosophy and resolve organizational pain points. His career endeavors gave him the ability to coach associates in different markets each year and help them discover who they are through self-evaluation, in-class simulations, and stepping out of their comfort zones.
In this episode, we talked about:
-How his mother’s health challenges and other personal struggles motivated him to grind harder in life and eventually reached his goals
-How a positive outlook in life and consistent hard work can change one’s life
-How the training and development leadership program enabled him to find his voice and motivated him to start his own podcast—Blaze Your Own Trail Podcast
-How he navigated through this career and endured the setbacks as he journeyed towards success
-How something can multiply exponentially once you start speaking the truth and taking action
-His insight about the importance of building a professional relationship with your audience, and establishing a framework to optimize their strategies
