We are joined by Brad Lambert, Hollywood producer and talent manager based in L.A. He has worked with The Warner Bros. studio and flicks like Spider Man Far From Home, The Lego Movie, Fantastic beasts (and where to find them) and worked in collaboration with Marvel, Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures to name a few. He has also worked closely with Robert Downey, Jr. and talks about how he has always been very ambitious and set high goals for himself, even as a teenager. Brad used to be East coast based, but moved all the way to Hollywood to chase his dream.

How he has encountered multiple failures and setbacks as a teenager
His mental toughness that allowed him to keep going forward
How he is never satisfied and keeps on wanting to achieve more
How he surrounds himself with reminders of the things he has done in the past and do better
